• Newly built in 2020 Large 40x40 building in the reception area. This multi-functional, climate-controlled, 40x40 building can be used for however you see fit.  It works great for serving food and drinks, also a wonderful spot for the groomsman to hang out in before the ceremony begins.
• Restrooms for men and women in the reception area
• Lights and power also available. Great place to serve out of, and store drinks, food, etc.
• A vintage looking door that can be decorated
• Vintage bench
• 3 wine barrels to be used however you would like
• Large industrial size refrigerator
• Tables for serving food, guest sign in, gift tables, etc
• Super cute pallet bar for serving your guests drinks all night long

Facility

• In house restroom in brides suite available for bride, bridesmaids, and mothers.
• Tables/Chairs/Linens for up to 180 guests
• Natural wood pergola for the ceremony (can be lighted or decorated however you choose)
• Dressing area for groom and groomsman
• Reception area with extensive lights strung back and forth the full length of the area (a very cool feature of our property)
• Relaxing fire pit for after dark cool evenings with Adirondack chairs surrounding it
• Numerous photo op area with Pine trees, hayfields, fencing, water fall, etc
• Large 40 x 80 shop if the weather does not cooperate.

Bridal Suite

Bridal Suite features beautiful décor that accommodates the whole wedding party.

It is secluded from the groomsman and offers a large hair and makeup vanity with mirrors and a dressing area. There is a separate bathroom, with a sink, mirrors, shower, and toilet.  This special suite offers a wet bar, a mini-refrigerator (stocked with favorite beverages of choice).  To make it just a little more perfect, it includes a flat-screen television, stereo system, comfortable chairs, and a window overlooking the reception area. Everything the bride and her ladies will need all in one private area.
