Sandhollow Weddings & Events wants your day to be “Out of the Ordinary”! Our staff will be here to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently as possible. The event fee gives you the facility from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.(unless otherwise specified), music is off at 10:30 (we need to be courteous of our neighbors). That gives you plenty of time to get everything in place and also time for clean up at the end of your event.
Packages/Services:
Our facility is $3500.00 base price. Price includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests. Please see our Facilities page to see what other amenities will be included. Also please see our Policy and Procedures page for requirements.
Deposit:
A non-refundable booking deposit of $500.00 is required at the time your event is scheduled. The deposit is non-refundable. Even if you decide to cancel your event for any reason.
Damage Deposit:
A $400.00 damage, clean-up, and overtime deposit is required with final payment. It will be held and returned within 7 days of the event if the terms of the agreement are met. You are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damage resulting from the event to the action of your members and guests.
Event liability insurance:
Sandhollow Weddings & Events LLC requires that an event liability insurance policy naming the property owner, Sandhollow Weddings & Events LLC as an additional insured on such policy. The policy shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, and must be provide to Sandhollow Weddings & Events LLC 10 days before the scheduled event. This insurance may be obtained through WedSafe.com or by an insurance agency of your choice.
Sandhollow Weddings & Events Alcohol Policy:
Sandhollow Weddings & Events LLC are a beer/wine facility only, unless a licensed caterer/bartender is hired. Alcohol License must be on site, and available at all times. Sandhollow Weddings and Events hold a beer and wine permit and all alcohol will be served thru our event facility unless hard liquor is desired for your event. Due to safety concerns, alcohol may not be served past 10:30 pm. There is a three keg (or equivalent) limit. We strongly encourage your guests to have designated drivers.
